This year, we're hosting FIVE Eggstravaganzas in DC and Northern VA!
Last year at our five Eggstravaganzas we hosted 13,529 people, and kids went home with 48,800 eggs!
It will take an army of people to bless our communities with these FREE Easter egg hunts complete with games, prizes, the Easter Bunny, and much more! Each Eggstravaganza is custom-tailored to a particular community. What a great opportunity to serve in our neighborhoods, meet new neighbors, and provide a fun and festive Eastertime celebration for all.
Sign up to serve. We need you!

Join us in sharing Jesus’s love with communities in Cedeño and Choluteca, Honduras! We will be partnering with Koinonia Children’s Ministries to share the gospel with children from several churches in the two cities, spend time with and invest in the little ones in the Ministry’s transition home, and work on small-scale construction and repair projects to bless families in the area. This team is a wonderful opportunity to live out Jesus’s Great Commission, while growing closer to Brothers and Sisters in Christ. We hope you join us!
Contrasting with India’s beauty and rich cultural heritage are the dark industries of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Economic hardships and the lack of livelihood options combined with an entrenched, oppressive class system leave thousands trapped in–or sometimes forced into–the vicious cycle of sex slavery. For five years now, we have partnered with Sparsh in Pune with the focus of investing in the lives of children whose parents are in the sex industry. We will also be supporting their various initiatives that provide hope for women in this industry as well as holistic restoration to rescued victims of trafficking and exploitation and to those experiencing addiction. We will be working directly with local communities and with woman and children in the infamous red light districts to bring hope, joy, and love while facilitating healing.
Good Friday marks the betrayal, arrest, crucifixion, and death of Jesus. It's a time to reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made as we anticipate the joy of Easter. Join us for a Good Friday service and communion celebration. All are welcome.
Child care will be available for nursery through preschool. Children kindergarten and older are invited to attend the service with their parents.
Child care space is limited; please register here. Specific details about child care are on the registration form.
Please email Reagan with any questions.
Gainesville: Please stay tuned for details for our Gainesville Good Friday service.
Kelly Kenney, who is leading our Bolivia 2018 mission team in December, will answer questions about the upcoming mission Sunday afternoon at Barracks Row (7th street offices, Collab).
Our Bolivia mission team supports NCC missionary Brian McArthur as he shares love and restoration through his outdoor adventure therapy program, Fundación Aventura. We use camping, climbing, repelling and other adventurous activities to encourage the boys living at the Bolivia Life Center. A large part of our mission will be spent backpacking and camping with teenage boys, helping them overcome hurdles, obstacles and past hurts. Much like NCC, we are showing God’s love in unique and creative ways to the some of the most amazing boys on this planet
Join us at this info session to find out more about this team.
This meeting is to fully commit to the Cuba Mission Team and go over guidelines for the trip.
"The church then had peace throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria, and it became stronger as the believers lived in the fear of the Lord. And with the encouragement of the Holy Spirit, it also grew in numbers." Acts of the Apostles 9:31 NLT . We are returning, for the third year, to Habana and surrounding towns; where the Holy Spirit is working through the churches. Our Cuban church family reflects a spirit of enthusiasm and dedication to service; where worship and love of God is palpable. We will partner with Assemblies of God, Koinonia Childrens Ministries, and other churches. Collectively, we will promote principals of community service, missions and evangelism. Our long term goal is to raise up a generation of missionaries, evangelists, and firm leaders. We will be serving children, the elderly, as well as new church plants. If you love the Lord, enjoy encouraging others, and are not immune to difficult terrain and environments then consider joining our team. If you love to serve and promote the Gospel through evangelism then consider joining our team.
