$735 for 1bed w/ bath in Townhouse (Arlington/Alexandria)

I found out that one of my roommates is leaving, so his room will be available on Jan. 1st. We live in a 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath Townhouse off of 395 and Glebe Rd. The room is roughly 15 ft X 8 ft w/ own bath and walk in closet. A bus to Pentagon (yellow/blue line) stops in front of the townhouse. Free parking is also available. Utilities run about $50 a month.

Also, two NCC Small Groups (Duplex A and Duplex B) are w/in a mile of the Townhouse.

As for me, I’m a Christiam male that works for the government. I do hospitality w/ NCC at Ebs and go to Duplex A small group, so I keep busy when I’m not working. The house…
You will share a bathroom with one other person. However, there is another ½ bath downstairs too. Townhouse is very open and has large kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, small patio and parking space. If you do not have a car, all the necessities are within walking/biking distance. Wheaton has a mall, gym, bike trail, tennis courts, post office, grocery stores, and a library within a mile.

About my roommates…
You will be living with two twenty-something females. One is a Spanish teacher at a private school and the other works at a school for mentally disabled children. They are fairly clean but have a few piles of stuff here and there. Their general interests include sports (baseball and hockey mainly), photography, reading and traveling. They also go the gym and fitness classes a few times a week. We prefer to keep the bills low, so we conserve on heat and A/C as much as possible and turn off lights too. On average, each person pays about $70/month including cable and internet.

The lease…
You will take over my lease. For everyone, the lease will expire Aug. 31st 2009. Upon signing the lease, you will be required to provide $605 security deposit and rent for January.

LAST MINUTE - The Messiah at the National Cathedral

I have an extra ticket to hear The Messiah at the National Cathedral on Friday. It was $32 and was the cheapest one I could get as of last weekend, but my roommate had already purchased one for me.
