I graduated from Georgetown in December and am ready to move to a new area. Regarding rent, I’d like to avoid spending more than $1,100 including utilities, and must live somewhere with easy Metro access. I would love to live with other people (CF or CM) who have lots of fun but also appreciate peace and quiet.
