My housemate and I are young professionals looking for a Christian female to rent the master bedroom in our house. The room is larger than most master bedrooms I’ve seen on the Hill, and has a great deal of natural light. The house is in a great location—less than a mile walk to Union Station and Eastern Market metro stations and less than a mile walk to Ebenezer’s.  We also have a large shared kitchen with a great deal of storage space, a full dining room, and separate large living room, and the room itself has a sizable closet. In terms of lifestyle, we are independent professional women, but do enjoy a sense of community and harmony in the house.

Rent would be $800/ month + utilities, and move in date would be flexible between August 10 and September 1.
