I have one bedroom available in a four-story, 2000 square foot townhouse in Rosslyn for $1200 a month. The townhouse has three bedrooms and a two-car garage. It’s about as convenient a location as you could hope for. The Blue and Orange Metro Lines are one block away; DC is the next stop; and Georgetown is just across the bridge. A supermarket is one block away, so it’s perfect if you have don’t have a car although a garage space comes with the room.

Another Christian lawyer and I will be living there. The price is $1200, which is as cheap as you can find for the proximity to the Metro and DC.
