If you don’t know the front kick, and would like to learn this is a place to go! This group will also be open to learning about many different techniques - so we also invite seasoned martial artists including those with disciplines other than Tae Kwon Do.  Starting with the basics of Tae Kwon Do, World Federation style, we’ll get together to learn, practice and exchange knowledge and skills of the different martial arts. We’ll also mix the self-discipline taught in martial arts with spiritual christian disciplines.
