    Hey NCCers!

This year, we're hosting  FIVE Eggstravaganzas in DC and Northern VA!
Last year at our Eggstravaganzas we hosted 13,529 people, and kids went home with 48,800 eggs!

It will take an army of people to bless our communities with these FREE Easter egg hunts complete with games, prizes, the Easter Bunny, and much more. Each Eggstravaganza is custom-tailored to a particular community. What a great opportunity to serve in our neighborhoods, meet new neighbors, and provide a fun and festive Eastertime celebration for all.
Sign up to serve. We need you!

The 40-day season of Lent is a time to reflect, repent, and pray as a way of preparing our hearts for Easter. Lent is an opportunity to get out of routine, to re-center yourself on God, and step out of habits to pursue God with abandon. Here is a reading plan to take you through the Gospels beginning Ash Wednesday, March 6.

An Info Session for the 2019 Nashville, TN Mission Team

Music City, USA is a cultural center of publishing, music, and fame. But it's also a town of shattered dreams and broken lives. In September 2017, NCC sent out its worship pastor, Kurtis Parks, to plant their first Network Church: Bridges Church in Nashville, Tennessee. Our team will help Bridges train small group and ministry leaders, launch ministry programs like Celebrate Recovery, and participate in various outreach projects.

At the center of our team are the children of Ghana. We will partner for a second year with Future of Africa as they provide literacy and arts programs, meals, and mentorship for at-risk youth in the region. Today, there are more than 65,000 children and youth living on the streets of Accra, Ghana. These children are often victims of family abandonment, poverty, extreme hunger, violence, and sexual exploitation. Our mission is to learn more about the roots of this issue and walk alongside Future of Africa in prayer for vision, breakthrough, and a new school and community center to provide daily programming, counseling, meals, and a safe space for these children. We will also visit International Justice Mission to learn more about their current projects to end and prevent child slavery in Ghana. We believe in the promise of Jeremiah 29:11 for the children on the streets and suffering abuse in Ghana. If you have a heart for children, passion for social justice and willingness to share God’s love in a place of great need, we invite you to join this team.

Info Session for the 2019 Jamaica Mission Team

One of our oldest mission teams, we are going to return to Ocho Rios to partner with Teen Challenge Jamaica, as they endeavor to holistically help men and women become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive. They seek to meet these goals through mentoring, vocational training, and biblical studies. Through encouraging entrepreneurship, they have a dream to see their ministry and students become self-sustaining.
