Advice for Young Leaders

As young leaders, you are not only the NOW of the Kingdom of God, but you are also the future! During this stage of your life, the most important thing should be to get to know the character of God and the ways in which He works. Focus less on what God is doing through you and more on what He is doing in you! It is through these learning experiences that God builds His character in you, in order to sustain you later. Also, remember to look for several people who can be mentors or disciple makers in your life. Pray for and pursue these types of relationships that you can grow and learn from.
