Leading your group well isn’t about having the perfect words or the perfect place to house a group. Sure, environmental factors like the temperature of the room is important. But, so are things like food that create a safe space for people to connect. And spending time hanging out with each other sharing life outside of the group context is what will help compliment the discussion during the week. Eating together, praying together, playing together, and serving together are all essential core values of leading your group well. Jesus shows us how to lead others through the example of a shepherd.
