Reflections on the Way of the Garden

Take some time to review the week, including your notes from the weekend message, anything you highlighted or commented on as you read through the life of Jesus, and your responses to the daily practice and reflection questions. Consider listening again to Never Walk Alone and NCC Worship's Weekly Playlist

What stands out to you and why?

How did Jesus practice surrender? How might you do the same?

Was there anything particularly challenging for you this week? Was there anything particularly encouraging?

Is there something the Holy Spirit is revealing to you? What might a step of obedience look like in response?

Invite someone else's perspective to shape yours. Share with a friend or your small group a thought, question, or encouragement from this week.

Journal a prayer to seal what God is teaching you about the way of the garden. Reflect on the entire series and take a moment to seal what He's revealed to you about His ways. Thank Him for opening your eyes and your heart to something new. Recommit to seeking Him first each and every day ahead.

40-Day Prayer Challenge

Join with us as we begin a 40-day prayer challenge this weekend. This is not a time to panic, but a time to press in and pray through. Everyone wants a miracle. No one wants to be in a situation that necessitates one, and that is exactly where we find ourselves with this COVID-19 crisis. It’s time for us to stand in the gap and pray like it depends on God.

Sign up at ncc.re/pray and plan to collectively kneel in prayer at 7:14 every morning from April 12 until May 21.

Thank You

Thank you for walking the Jesus way with us these past seven weeks. A special thank you goes out to all those who contributed
