Small Group Registration Instructions

  • Register Your New Small Group

    **If you are interested in registering your group as a "year-long group" (September 9, 2018 - April 27, 2019), please select "yes" in the "Group Continuing?" section, and notate in the "Group Description" section that it's a year-long group. 

    You'll need a  theaterchurch.com account. This is not the same account as the one you use to check your financial giving records.  You can sign up here.

    1. Log in at theaterchurch.com/admin.php.
    2. Click on Create -> Entry -> Publish.
    3. Fill in all applicable information. 
    4. Review information for accuracy.
    5. Click Submit.
    6. If you need to make a change, follow the steps below to update a group.
  • Updating Your Existing Small Group

    Please note: This is only for groups that were both registered and active during the last semester AND are continuing. (If someone else previously registered the group, please post it as a new group.)

    **If you are interested in registering your group as a "year-long group" (September 9, 2018 - April 27, 2019), please select "yes" in the "Group Continuing?" section, and notate in the "Group Description" section that it's a year-long group. 

    1. Log in at theaterchurch.com/admin.php.
    2. Click on Modify or Delete -> Entry.
    3. Find your group and click on the group name.
    4. Update information as needed, paying special attention to the start and end dates.
    5. If you wish to recategorize your group, please select no more than than two categories.
    6. Review information for accuracy.
    7. Click Submit.
